The Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company proudly uses the freshest ingredients for its ice creams and sorbets.


Fresh whole milk. Rich cream from Jersey cows. South Australian honey. We buy fresh strawberries from the Adelaide Hills, wash and hull them, and store them in the freezer so we have a consistent supply during the cooler months. The organic vanilla beans and sugar are from Queensland. The Belgian chocolate comes from sustainable fair-trade farms that support the local communities. Lemons, Limes and Blood oranges are sourced from the nearby Riverland district of South Australia........and so it goes on!


The fun thing about ice cream and sorbet is the flavour combinations are endless. Selling at the Barossa Farmers Market has been a great testing ground to develop flavours.

All of our products are gluten free
